Large bolt tightening tool for underwater and in-water use. It can be easily attached even underwater, significantly reducing bolt tightening work time! Compatible with sizes M20 to M100.

■ The sub-sea type bolt tensioner features a split puller nut that clamps the bolt, allowing for easy installation even in underwater bolt tightening with long protrusions, significantly reducing the time required for bolt tightening work! (Especially effective for long anchor bolts and foundation bolt tightening.) ■ It shortens the diver's working time for challenging large bolt tightening tasks underwater. ■ Designed with nickel plating to prevent rust. ■ Multiple bolts can be tightened simultaneously (parallel tightening) by connecting tensioners. ■ Hydraulic specification of 150 MPa, with a maximum pull stroke of 30 mm per operation. ■ It also excels in applications other than underwater bolt tightening, particularly for long bolt tightening tasks.

High-precision axial force management tool for large bolts M20 to M300. Allows simultaneous parallel tightening of bolts, ensuring uniform tightening without variation in axial force!

- Compatible with large bolt tightening from M20 to M300. (Custom manufacturing possible from M16.) - Multiple bolts can be tightened simultaneously and uniformly in parallel by connecting bolt tensioners. The tightening axial force is uniform, preventing uneven tightening of flanges. (Proven capability of tightening 40 flange bolts simultaneously in parallel.) - The bolts are pulled hydraulically, applying tensile load for tightening, which eliminates the influence of friction between the thread surface and the seating surface. "Axial force can be managed directly," allowing for more accurate axial force management compared to torque management. - A standard model of bolt tensioner that has been compacted and lightweight to the extreme. It can be used for bolt tightening even in narrow spaces.
